Jeanie Hay Sternbach, LMT, E-RYT
Jeanie Hay Sternbach is a bodyworker, yoga sharer and artist with a deep affinity for the beauty and power of nature. She is a dedicated and experienced holder of sacred space for healing. In her years of bodywork practice and yoga teaching, she has found that the most whole and integrated work comes from combining a variety of techniques and giving her clients the tools
to maintain their own self care over time. Her desire to assist in empowering her clients to restore and maintain their own well being is what drew her to become a yoga teacher. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Fly Yoga School in 2013 and is honored to have continued to work with Fly Yoga School in almost every training since her own, as an assistant, a guest teacher, and now as a senior teacher. She is happy to be a part of the yoga community of Martha’s Vineyard, teaching monthly workshops that combine Restorative Yoga with the healing vibrational energy of Crystal Meditation. She is thrilled to be a member of the Board of Directors of Fly Yoga Outreach Programs, Inc, working alongside others who are dedicated to making yoga more accessible and available.
